Cantel is dedicated to protecting you, your assets and your patients at all stages of an endoscopy procedure and reprocessing cycle, and therefore we offer a comprehensive range of service and maintenance contracts to cover your needs after your Cantel installation. As with any complex medical equipment, regular inspection and maintenance will help ensure the ongoing performance of your unit.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Our Flexible Service Plans provide your facility with the regular maintenance necessary to keep your equipment in top working order, and compliant with the necessary standards and guidelines.
As a minimum, our PPM service includes the following for your peace of mind:

- Dedicated scheduling team
- Manufacturer approved parts
- Flexible payment terms
- Local dedicated Cantel engineers
- Free upgrades to software and hardware as they are developed
Technical Support and Repairs
On the rare occasion that your Cantel equipment may fail to perform, our dedicated scheduling team are on hand to answer your call and organise the necessary visit to your site to facilitate repair. Our Service staff will take care of you all the way, ensuring your endoscope reprocessing equipment is properly installed, maintained, and kept in top operating order.
We offer three tiers of cover, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with varying inclusions reflected in the cost of the plan. We can work with you to determine which plan is best for your facility. No matter what plan you choose, we promise a minimum degree of service to ensure the smooth running of your department.
